Rivendel is formed in 1985 by Toño, Josemari & Oscar. With Mikel they recorded a track for EXPOSURE'88 and MANIFESTO (1990).
Juancar replaced Mikel for UGUM II and THE MEANING (1996)
They reformed in 2009 and as a trio they recorded DHD (2015)..
SISYPHOS (2018) is their 4th álbum featuring Xabi on drums.
The Silver Surfer is a solo Project. (four albums, 2019) by keyboard player Oscar.

I love all the tracks, but with "Sidewinder" I get the feeling of such a danger that keeps you hypnotized, for it is both menacing and amazing at the same time. To reflect such an idea is a talent I cannot but admire.

It's hard to believe it was 2017 when this was released - it feels like 1971 all over again. Well, certainly when the album opens. As things move along, the Magic Bus does some time travelling, bring on board some more eclectically modern sounds but all done tastefully. Lovely stuff.
